YOUR WISH LIST

As your organization progresses through the Achievement Award Scheme your Award winners and you decide how the money will be spent to maximize the benefits of being part of the whole Jack Petchey Foundation scheme. Listed below are a few examples of how Achievers have spent the money in 2007. How will you spend yours?

Mountfitchett High School

Money was put towards helping several departments, including Engish, Science, History and the Learning Support Department. 


Alexandra Park School        

 Alexandra Park School

Money was spent on books on ecology and the environment for the school library and non-curriculum PE equipment.


 Laburnham Boat Club

Used their Award money towards

  • a bowling trip for young people with disabilities
  • a white water kayaking trip for the Youth Club
  • towards a summer residential
  • a cycle trip for the Youth Club
  • a trip to the cinema
        

 The Square Rock School

Used their Award money towards

  • a new P.A
  • 2 new guitars

Essex Dance Theatre

Used their Award money towards

  • material and costumes
  • 2 visiting choreographers each providing a 6 week workshop.
