Commemorative Year Book Guidelines
The Guidelines for our Commemorative Year Book Scheme.
- Schools must produce the book using The School Planner Company Ltd.
- Schools must successfully run the Achievement Award Scheme for a minimum of 6 months.
- The book must include details of the achievements of young people during their time at school/college.
- There must be a page devoted to Jack Petchey Achievement Award winners with details about why they have received this honour and how they have spent their money.
- The words “Sponsored by The Jack Petchey Foundation” and the Foundation logo must be included on the outside front cover.
- Pupils must be actively involved in writing & producing the Yearbook.
- The Year Book must be high quality with colour photographs.
- A proof copy must be sent to the Foundation for approval before it is sent to be bound.
- A copy of the book should be sent to the Jack Petchey Foundation within 1 month of production.
