Entries for the prize draw will close on 30th June 2023. Any questionnaires received after this time will not be entered into the £50 prize draw. Entrants must be aged 11-25 and a student at the school/college who receive planners from either The School Planner Company or Penstripe. The Jack Petchey Foundation will select one winner at random after the closing date. The Jack Petchey Foundation will try to contact the winner via their email address provided when they submitted the questionnaire to arrange payment. From the date of our email the winner will have 21 days to respond to us. If following this, we are unable to make contact then a new winner will be randomly selected and the original winner will lose their entitlement to the prize and will be made aware that this is the case. This process will continue until a we have successfully made contact with a winner.
