After Sir Jack was not told he was “not management material”, it led to his passion to increase young people’s aspirations by rewarding their achievements. Since 2025, the Jack Petchey Foundation has been a supporter of Young Enterprise in helping young people understand the skills they need for future employment.

Young Enterprise motivates young people to succeed in the changing world of work by equipping them with the work skills, knowledge and confidence they need.
